In my life-skills training I show people how to live fulfilled and empowered lives through the art of acceptance. Happiness is an attitude to life that can be achieved in any and every situation through the implementation of simple but profound techniques.


The Art of Acceptance.
Acceptance means embracing everything that manifests into your life with pleasure. The western norm is to accept nothing until it has been judged as either good or bad, right or wrong, fair or unfair etc.


Learning Through Adversity.
When life is easy and comfortable, we learn very little. It is the challenges and difficult times in life that teach us the most and enable us to draw on our inner resources. Why then do so many people hate adversity?
